CBS's Citifield Expo
 
The CBS Radio New York cluster came together to celebrate the opening of Citifield, the N.Y. Mets' new ballpark, by creating a day long interactive event called the Citifield Expo.

The event was a true New York star studded affair with personalities from all six CBS RADIO N.Y. stations and an A-List celebrities roster, which included; Rob Thomas, Dennis Edwards and the Temptation Review, Matt Nathanson, Kid Cudi, Ryan Star, Roy White, O.J Anderson, John Franco, Leon Washington, Daryl Strawberry, Allen Houston, Antonio Pierce, Carl Banks, and Sean Lendeta, among others.

The client experience was focused on building a promotional strategy and marketing campaign to truly touch all the senses like no other media can. To assist them in making an impact with the audience; the event was promoted across all 6 CBS radio stations, reaching over 12 million people in the metropolitan area. In addition, online consumers were invited through our online streams and websites. Finally, we activated over 70 interactive client booths on-site and integrated their products and/or services with experiential ideas to enhance the overall reach and awareness of their programs.

The result was a connected experience with over 12,000 people in attendance. The campaign combined the power of CBS Radio on-air, online and on-site to motivate consumers to respond, which in turn, achieved in excess of $1million dollars in new revenue.

This event is a true example of the power of the CBS RADIO cluster.
